Classes

A 45 minute LIFT (strength) and SWEAT (cardio) principles delivering a fast and effective way in becoming leaner, fitter and stronger.

Lift

Lean up and tone your body with barbells, dumbells, kettlebells and body-weight exercises.

Sweat

Burn your body fat with our H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training), boxing and body-weight exercises.
